Simply Charming FUN Preview #2

Here is the quilt on the back cover of the book. Love hearts? Take two charm squares and some background fabric and voila! This is a sweet quilt. Charm squares make it scrappy, fast, and fun!

This quilt was made by a friend of mine, Karlene Riggs, with the Moda fabric line "Candy Kisses" by Sandy Gervais. Sandy Gervais has a new line of fabric due in stores in December called "L'amour" that would also be great for this quilt.

Of course, if you have reds and pink fabrics in your stash, then by all means, use those! And who says hearts have to be red? This would be fun in other colors too; just make the nine patch lighter than the hearts so your hearts pop.
